What makes the Lärchenheim apartment block in the Stubai Valley so special?
The Lärchenheim offers bright holiday apartments (approx. 60 m² for 2–4 people) with a kitchen, balcony and views of the Stubai Glacier and Mischbach Waterfall, in a quiet, sunny location near Neustift im Stubaital.
What facilities are included in the holiday flats?
Wi-Fi is free, there is parking available right outside the property, an in-room safe, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony or terrace, and bed linen and towels are included.
Are there any wellness facilities available for guests?
Yes – guests can use the swimming pool, sauna and wellness facilities, as well as the children’s playroom at the Hotel Gasteigerhof, which is a 3-minute walk away.
Breakfast and meals – how does it work?
Breakfast, afternoon tea and half-board (5-course menu) can be booked at the neighbouring Gasteigerhof. Children under 12 pay half price.
What is the situation regarding winter sports and hiking?
Just a 10-minute drive to the glacier cable car. A free ski bus stops within walking distance. The area is ideal for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking & summer sports.
Are pets allowed and is there parking available?
Yes, dogs are allowed on request (fee €20 per day; please bring your own food). Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available between 2.00 pm and 10.30 pm; check-out is by 11.00 am. A 24-hour service and airport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.
What are the prices per flat and per season?
Prices start from €100 per night for 2–4 people (depending on the season). Final cleaning fee: €50; tourist tax applies to guests aged 15 and over at €4.80.
Is there Wi-Fi and digital equipment?
Free Wi-Fi is available, as are a telephone, satellite TV and a room safe – ideal for guests who need to stay connected or want peace of mind.
